24 unit condo.
A 14 unit condominium complex located on the prestigious Carbon Beach in Malibu. Two story building designed in a “U” configuration with a swimming pool and deck located on the middle of the “U”. Existing system consisted of two 5,000 gallon septic tanks located under the deck overflowing into two partially failed leach fields located underneath the buildings.

Los Angeles County now requires that all commercial and multi family buildings of over four units install advanced treatment systems to produce a minimum water quality of 30/30/30. Complex installation. All equipment had to be installed from the beach side of the property and all excavation was done by hand between existing grade beams.
