Replacement.
Removed the existing septic system and leach field that had failed, and installed new dispersal field on the beach side of this seven-bedroom house for the buyer that was in escrow to purchase the house. Severe site constraints. Had to remove Arizona flagstone courtyard to install a 1200 gallon per day EnviroServer®. Owners were delighted with the result, returning the courtyard to its original aesthetic appeal and low visual impact for which they had just paid $7 million. The City of Malibu gave MST several variances to City set-back requirements owing to quality of system. Engineering and permitting was expedited to meet buyer’s deadlines.
